In order to join any of the event communities on our website, additional information may be required, depending on the requirements of the event organizer. This usually includes a valid email address and your name in order to identify you at the event site and to be able to contact you.
When signing up or attending an event, we collect additional information relevant for the event organizers to manage the event, such as when you signed up or checked in.
Retention and Deletion
You can send an email to email@example.com to request the deletion of your personal data. Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your personally identifiable information from our active databases. Upon our receipt of your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your personally identifiable information as soon as reasonably possible. Nonetheless, we will retain, in our files, information you may have requested us to remove if, in our discretion, retention of the information is necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or to enforce the Terms of Service. Furthermore, your information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints (for example, we will not remove your information from our back up storage).
Further, we may disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our rights or property.
Besides the points given here, we will not disclose your personal information.
